All prices stated in Naturperlen's online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT.

Payment is made by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and other foreign cards. Cash and mobile pay can be used during the stay.
The payment can be withdrawn immediately or on arrival from the guest's credit card/payment method as soon as the order has been completed.

Information about trading on the Internet:

You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Change of booking:

Delivery of the ordered item - takes place upon arrival at Naturperlen on the day of arrival - no earlier than 14.00 and ends on departure on the day of departure at the latest at 11.00 The ordered cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.

Right of withdrawal and refund:

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions.
Ved afbestilling senest 4 timer efter booking godtgøres 100% af prisen
If canceled more than 3 days before your arrival, 90% of the price will be refunded.
In case of cancellation later than 3 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
Once you have started your stay at Naturperlen, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others.

Registration of information: (GDPR.)

Naturperlen registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with booking in its customer register. Information is not passed on and is processed in accordance with good data processing practice, and is deleted immediately after the stay.
Naturperlen uses on-site cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the page.
When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Naturperlen reserves the right for price errors in online booking, so it is always the stated prices on the website that apply.

Complaint processing:

If for some reason you do not receive your booking agreement, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or phone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your agreement. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the service (stay), the right to complain in accordance with section 83 subsection 1 of the Purchase Act ceases, unless otherwise agreed.
When Naturperlen receives a complaint about a stay, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Naturperlen will decide whether the service received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
